Meet Ray Vawter, our dedicated in-house trainer and the mastermind behind our fitness programs here at TacSkills. Currently serving in the U.S. Army, Ray is deeply committed to advancing science-based tactical fitness and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. 

With a rich background, Ray previously honed his skills at Hard to Kill Fitness, where he gained invaluable experience building training programs and appearing in video content. His expertise also extends to the gym floor, where he has spent years working with a diverse clientele and putting theory into practice. Ray has published articles to prominent platforms such as “SOFREP” and “Military.com,” demonstrating his passion for national security and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in training methodologies.

Ray brings a wealth of experience to the table, having coached boxing and led strength and conditioning programs at various MMA and combative-based gyms. He holds esteemed certifications as a Master Trainer and Tactical Conditioning Specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association, further solidifying his expertise in the field. With Ray’s guidance, our clients advance on a path towards optimal fitness and readiness.
